Display chosen filter in the Filter button

I'm referring to macOS. Currently, when I select a filter, I see the term "Clear" right next to it. This tells me that a filter is active. Ideally I'd see which filter I had chosen. So ideally this Filter button would then get wider, depending which filter I have selected and show me clearly the name of my filter.

Confirmed and working. Super useful!

However, when I read the name of my filter and then I read in the same font and color the term "Clear"right next to it, it's very slightly confusing when checking on the fly. Perhaps rendering the "Clear" word a bit darker would already help? Or a cross icon?
