PhotoCuller 1.7.22 is now available! This update adds separate RAW/non-RAW viewing, more flexible renaming, faster bulk deletion, and improvements to Ingest.
New Features
- Added Separate RAW/Non-RAW View to show paired files as separate thumbnails in the grid and Full View filmstrip.
- Use {ImageNumber} in rename templates to match filenames to the image numbers shown in the grid.
- Import multiple CullSync files at once.
Improvements
- Faster bulk deletion of photos and their sidecars from folders.
- When automatic ejection is enabled, Ingest can now eject source cards before running post-ingest workflows, without waiting for those workflows to finish.
- Successful formatting and ejection after Ingest now use a non-blocking corner notification instead of a modal alert.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed JPEG capture metadata being lost when embedding XMP sidecars during export.
- Fixed File Info showing details from the previously selected photo when browsing Apple Photos.
- Fixed choosing and launching external editors for sidebar folders.
- Fixed utility windows remaining above other apps when switching away from PhotoCuller.
